DID Graphics Inc. was established
primarily as a graphic design studio a decade ago. Founded by Majid
Abbasi and Firouz Shafei, the company has since grown into one of
Iran's leading "below the line" advertising agencies. The agency today
has fourteen permanent employees (six of which are designers) as well
as several handpicked consultants. In addition, DID Graphics Inc.
is tied up with litography centers in Tehran for all its
high-resolution drum scanning and digitizing - as well as lithography
process. The end result is international standards of quality and
precision. Majid, now a member of the board and tresearur of the Iranian Graphic Designers Society (IGDS), has assumed the role of art
director while Firouz also a member of IGDS manages print and
media. A team of translators and proofreaders are based in-house. They
are specialized not just in translating but also in "Iran-izing" text,
script and/or campaigns. The company is closely connected with all
forms of below-the-line media, i.e. billboards, hoardings,
super-buses, print media and etc. The agency has an on going
relationship with each and every out and indoor media company as well
as all publication. In addition to supervising print, Firouz
is also
specialized in media buying. DID Graphics has serviced the
requirements of a multitude of Iranian companies; which can be found
in the clients page. The three noteworthy foreign accounts DID has been
associated with are Whirlpool, Grohe and Senator. In recognition of
DID' achievements, the Iranian Graphic Designers Society (IGDS)
awarded the agency its highest prize for "best
campaign for advertising" and "best
packaging design" in 1999. DID ensures delivery
